If your item arrives broken or damaged, please contact us immediately within five business days of your delivery with photos to info@theoddative.com and we can look at replacing your item(s).

If you wish to return for a credit note, the shipping costs to return the item will need to be paid on your behalf. We currently have a quantity limit of three pieces per design per transaction. As each piece is made in a slow and thoughtful process, we currently have a limit in place to ensure every customer has a chance to invite an ODDATIVE piece into their homes.
