We will anticipate to prepare and ship your order within approximately 2-3 business days from order date. Excludes public holidays. Any orders placed after 11am AEDT will be processed from the following day. Use the below shipping time frames as a guideline:

We aren't responsible for any further delays in shipping caused by Australia Post/International Australia Post after the item has left our studio. We are slowly but surely opening up to more markets in the near future.

Available on all +$150.00 AUD New Zealand orders and +$250.00 AUD orders for other international locations. No code needed. The Paloma Candle Bowl is excluded.
Shipping prices will be automatically calculated at checkout for your convenience. As each item is heavy and fragile we have factored the extra care, time and eco-friendly packaging materials used, avoiding plastic where possible to ensure your order gets to you safely into these shipping prices.

We cannot be held responsible for late or missing deliveries and you will need to contact Australia Post directly to create a claim or raise a dispute for any orders deemed lost or stolen.
