All orders that are damaged or broken during the delivery process, please contact info@theoddative.com and we will work on arranging a refund or replacement. Packages that are deemed refused or returned by Australia Post will be subject to our restocking fee of 10% per item. Points can only be earned once a purchase has been completed and shipped. Points will be added to your Smile.io account after payment is processed. Referral Program: Referrers and referred friends each receive $15 off their next purchase once the referred friend completes their first purchase. Referral discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or applied to previous orders. Rewards Redemption: Points can be redeemed for discounts or rewards once accumulated.
