Introducing The Lumi Candle Vessel Aftercare Service, complimentary from us to you. While Jesmonite’s natural characteristics may prevent the vessel from returning to its original, pristine state, we’re excited to offer a service to bring your Lumi Vessel back to life.
HOW IT WORKS
VESSEL AFTERCARE SERVICE
STEP 1:
Simply email us at info@theoddative.com with photos of your candle vessel, so we can assess its condition and determine the best approach for cleaning and care.
STEP 2:
Once your vessel has been approved for cleaning, our team will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Please make sure the vessel is securely packaged to ensure safe transit back to us.
STEP 3:
Upon receiving your vessel, our team will inspect it and begin the refurbishment process. This process will take approximately 5-7 business days, and a team member will confirm the timeline with you.
STEP 4:
You can expect your vessel to arrive within 2-3 business days from the shipment date. You’ll receive email updates with all the details along the way.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Oddative reserves the right to refuse the cleaning service if the vessel is beyond repair (e.g., cracked, chipped, or otherwise excessively damaged). The vessel must arrive to us in one piece, so please ensure it is packaged securely with protective materials to avoid damage during shipping.
Upon receiving your vessel, it will be inspected. If the vessel is too damaged to clean or reuse, we’ll notify you, and it will not be returned.
