To enter the competition, follow the instructions below:

1. Sign up using the entry form with your name and email. By entering you agree to receive marketing emails from The Oddative. You can unsubscribe at any time.

2. Answer the three questions on the form. Speak to mindful living and how Lumi fits into your world.

3. Submit your entry. You will see Entry confirmed and your responses will be recorded.

Note: We may request the winner’s consent to share their answer on social media as part of the celebration.

Anyone who is an Australian & New Zealand resident aged 18 years or over can enter the competition, provided they follow the entry instructions and meet all outlined terms and conditions. Sorry to our international friends, we hope to make the next giveaway or competition available for you to participate.

2. Promotion Period

Entry opens at 9:00 AM (local time) on 25 September 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM (local time) on 30 September 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

3. Eligibility

• Entry is open only to legal residents of Australia and New Zealand or those with a postal address within AU or NZ and is aged 18 years or older.
  
• Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members, and anyone connected professionally with the competition are not eligible to enter.
  

4. Entry Conditions

To enter, participants must:

• Sign up via the designated entry form;
  
• Submit answers (3 questions) to the competition question:
  
  1) Where would Lumi live in your space? Share how you'd style it.
  2) How would Lumi become part of your rituals or quiet moments?
  3) Lumi was designed to embody the art of mindful living. How does that idea resonate with you?
  
• Limit of one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
  

By submitting an entry, entrants acknowledge and agree that:

• Their email address will be collected by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the competition and contacting winners;
  
• They will be added to The Oddative’s marketing database and may receive future promotional emails, newsletters, and offers;
  
• They may opt-out of marketing communications at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in emails or by contacting the Promoter directly.
  

Entry is free and no purchase is required.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.
  
• Each valid entry will be individually judged based on creativity, originality, and alignment with the competition brief.
  
• One (1) winner will be selected within two (2) business days of the competition closing.
  
• The winner will be notified via email within one (1) business days of the decision.
• We may request the winner’s consent to share their answer on social media as part of the celebration.

7. Claiming & Delivery

• The winner must respond with delivery details within 14 days of notification.
  
• If the winner does not respond within this time, the prize will be forfeited, and a redraw may occur.
  
• The Promoter will dispatch the prize at no cost to the winner.
• The Promoter is not liable for any lost parcels or damaged items during delivery, and in a result prizes will not be reissued.
  
• If product stock delays occur, the Promoter will notify the winner of any expected wait time.
  

8. Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that are:

• Incomplete, indecipherable, or late;
  
• Generated using automated or fraudulent means;

• No entry fee or purchase is required.
  
• As this is a game of skill, no permit is required in any Australian state or territory. This promotion complies with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) to ensure it is fair, transparent, and not misleading.

10. Privacy

• The Promoter collects personal information (such as name, email address, and delivery address) for the purposes of administering the competition and delivering the prize.
  
• By entering, participants consent to their details being added to The Oddative’s marketing database.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated agencies are not responsible for any:

• Loss, damage or delay sustained in connection with this competition or the delivery of the prize;
  
• Technical failures, unauthorised intervention, or circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control that prevent the competition from being run as intended.
  

12. Changes or Cancellation

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, subject to relevant state and territory regulations.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
