This license grants non-exclusive usage of selected images for a period of twelve (12) months.

The license applies to one business only and does not transfer ownership or copyright of the images. Images may be cropped, resized, colour-adjusted, or overlaid with text, but may not be shared, transferred, or resold to third parties. AI-based editing, recreation, or image generation using these images is not allowed.

Use in paid advertising is not included and requires an additional licensing fee. The license may be revoked if these terms are breached.

The Oddative © reserves the right to revoke the license if terms are breached. This license is governed by Australian law, including the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).
